Platforms to choose from; WhatsApp, Telephone, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc. For all platforms requiring a link, it is the responsibility of the patient to create and sent to Gogo Noma at least 12 hours before the consultation. For couples bookings, please note that the couple must share or have shared the same surname. e.g Husband and Wife (have the same surname) or siblings who have shared a surname (before marriage for example)

Cancellation Policy

No refunds on cancellation or missed appointment Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the appointment, in case of emergency, due consideration will be taken. Please note penalty fee of 30% will need to be paid upfront before appointment is rescheduled, that is, of the price fee of your consultation or treatment ritual, unless stated otherwise on your treatment invoice.
