Please keep the following in mind when booking your follow up session:

• All messages are attended to on a first send policy.

• All messages send after 16h00 will be attended to the following day.

• Operating hours explained per consultation below.

• All consultations and treatments done on appointment basis only.

• All appointments are booked and confirmed once proof of payment is received.

• In this platform you are given a chance to view available slots and pre-book.

• Follow-up Duration is 30 minutes, NO extra time will be allocated.

• You can still book your follow as a 45-minute session by going to the initial booking page and booking as you did the first consultation.
