"To the one returning to their truth, their ancestors, and their wholeness—welcome home. You’ve been walking toward yourself all along."
— Gogo_Noma

I Am Returning to Myself —For Real

Here is the truth:

I started this online classroom across all platforms not to present myself as a teacher with all the answers, but as a student of Spirit—asking questions, sharing reflections, and making sense of what I continue to learn in both the physical and spiritual realms. I created this space to invite you in—a platform where you could share freely, without fear, shame, or judgment for what you do not yet know… or rather, what you have not yet remembered.

You see, I only learned about ukuphahla when I was turning 18.

And to this day? I am still learning—every single day.

Yes, my work is rooted in tradition and culture, but it is Spirit who leads.

That sometimes means my methods don’t look “normal” or “correct.”

I’ve made peace with that.

I don’t do consultations the conventional way.

As for rituals? Don’t get me started. Sometimes, when a patient walks out of the room, I sit in stillness and ask myself,

“What just happened?”

And yet—without fail—Spirit confirms. I hear:

“Thank you for the healing, Gogo. You truly understood me.”

Some even say that the accommodation itself brought them more healing than the ritual.

In this video, Gogo_Noma shares insights on what to expect during a spiritual consultation — from ancestral guidance to holistic healing practices.

There was a time I doubted myself.

The psychiatric nurse in me would scream:

“This is bipolar. This is multiple personality disorder!”

But Gogo_Noma knew better:

I am a surrendered vessel.

When you step into my space, I become your Gogo_Noma.

I surrender to your people.

They guide my tone, my voice, my hands, my rituals, my responses.

I am one person—but I carry many lineages in a single day.

I adapt—not to please—but to serve.

When you book with me, I shut the world out.

For that hour, I become one with you.

I don’t just witness your pain—I journey into it with you.

And for many, I am not seen as a wife, a daughter, or a mother—

but just as a spiritual guide, and that is an honor I do not take lightly.

I will continue to serve in this way, and I will continue to uphold my boundaries to ensure I show up fully in each of my roles.

I Am Returning to My Why

This is more than just a blog. This is a statement of alignment.

Since 2020, my mission has been to create a holistic space of healing and learning.

A sanctuary. A place you can call home.

A place where you can return to yourself, your roots, your Spirit, your truth.

In this new chapter, I am being guided to anchor the journey back to self.

To unlearn.

To remember.

To realign.

2025 felt like rock bottom—but I now understand that it is my solid foundation.

Somewhere along the way, I forgot my why.

I tried to fit in.

I obeyed voices that were not Spirit.

I dimmed my light just enough to be accepted.

And even though I still held my truth, I let the world’s standards of “perfect” interfere with how I showed up.

I wasn’t being pressured. But subtle thoughts and inner conversations created a silent peer pressure. And that’s when Spirit intervened.

One by one, people left.

And there I was—back at the beginning; with only Spirit to guide.

I found answers in meditation.

Prayer became conversation.

Silence became my loudest teacher.

There is no path laid out before me—

I am creating one.

Guided by Spirit.

Supported by the Council of my Ancestors.

This is not a performance.

This is purpose.

Welcome Home, Badimo Child

So, if you’re here…

If you’ve ever asked,

“Who am I, really?”

If you’ve ever doubted the way Spirit works through you…

If you’ve ever longed for a space to heal, learn, and grow—with no pressure to be perfect...

Then welcome home, Badimo Child.

We will crawl if we must.

We will walk when we can.

And we will run when Spirit says so.

I am Gogo_Noma.

A Badimo Child, forever.

A Spiritualist, growing daily.

I don’t have all the answers, but I am willing to walk beside you
as we remember.
