Service Description
Platforms to choose from; WhatsApp, Telephone, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc. Where applicable, it will be your responsibility to create a link for the chosen platform. Please note there will be R250.00 charge for each additional member. The focus is on family issues and NOT individual issues. The consultation is for the collective and not the individual members of the family.
Cancellation Policy
Thokoza Badimo Child No Refunds on cancellation or missed appointments. Rescheduling is done at least 24 hours before the appointment. Please note the rescheduling is done within office communication hours of 08h00 to 17h00 (SAST). In case of an emergency, due consideration will be taken into account. Lesedi (Let there be Light)
