Integrative Healing Practitioner and Educator

My name is Noma, known as Gogo_Noma. My journey is one of continuous learning, unlearning, healing and becoming. With a foundation in nursing and public health, alongside my path as an Indigenous healing practitioner, I bring together different ways of understanding health, spirituality and the human experience.

Through Learning with Noma, I create space for integrative learning and healing that encourages self-discovery, conscious living and personal growth. My work is rooted in one invitation: to journey back to yourself, reclaim your inner wisdom and cultivate spiritual independence.

I invite you to question what you have inherited, remember the wisdom within you,

realign with your authentic self, and embody the knowledge and healing that support your growth.

From my journey to yours.

Each month I share lessons, reflections, and rituals to keep your spirit centered and inspired.

THIS MONTHS REFLECTIONS

Goodbye... and Hello

Before we ask for the seed to grow, we need to ask ourselves:

Is the soil ready?

Last year, August reminded me that some of the things I had been praying for were not delayed because they were impossible, but because I was not yet prepared to receive them. In this reflection, I share what Spirit taught me about clearing old weeds, nourishing the ground, choosing the right seeds, and creating the structure needed for our visions to grow.

And yet again, August 2026 brought me back to the same lesson: before we can say hello to what is coming, we have to be prepared to say goodbye to what is leaving.

Before you plant, prepare the soil.
