ABOUT GOGO_NOMA

NOMATJHINI ELIZABETH MKHEHLANE

I am a daughter, sister, wife, and mother. My life is shaped by a deep commitment to service—rooted both in my professional background in nursing and public health, and my spiritual calling as an indigenous healer. While I am an initiated Sangoma and trained prophet, I resonate more with the term integrative holistic healer. In my practice  you walk with me as a holistic healer, that is both, Gogo and Sr Noma. Drawing from indigenous (original) ways of healing and finding a way to adapt them into the modern world for our current discomforts

I am a qualified and registered nurse, holding a four-year diploma in General, Community, and Psychiatric Nursing Science and Midwifery. I also hold a degree in Nursing Science Education and Administration and a postgraduate diploma in Public Health.

PROFESSIONALLY

My spiritual journey began in 2002, at the tender age of 12. It was then that my star began to shine—brightly enough for others to notice. In 2008, I stepped into what I now recognize as my official spiritual awakening. This marked the beginning of my prophecy journey (Seprofeto/Isithunywa), and by 2009, I began serving others.

In 2013, my practice room (Ndumba) was opened and I began working independently under the Seprofeto path—using the Bible, water, and candles as my primary healing tools.

SPIRITUALLY

In 2015, I began the journey of ukuthwasa, becoming a trained and qualified Sangoma. This initiated my use of bone divination, traditional herbs, and ritual cleansing.

In 2020, I journeyed further into my awakening, completing all necessary rituals and began consulting and healing through ukuFemba.

I am a registered member with the Traditional Health Organization (THO) since 2021.

A  JOURNEY OF INTERGRATION

As someone called to provide holistic and integrated healing solutions, I continue to evolve in my spiritual path—gaining wisdom from diverse indigenous healing modalities. My work bridges spiritual, emotional, and physical healing.

I am a certified Reiki Healing Practitioner and trained in Inner Child Healing. I am currently furthering my expertise in Shadow Work, Life Coaching, Couples Therapy & Counseling, and Mindfulness Practice.

I use a variety of divination and consultation tools, including:

  • Bone throwing

  • Ukufemba

  • Card reading

  • Candle reading

  • Chakra reading

  • Dream interpretation

Each consultation is unique and spirit-led. No two sessions are the same, and I never ask for your history beforehand—I trust spirit to reveal what is necessary in the moment.

I am also a mentor (Gobela), a role that continues to evolve with every student I guide. Each mentorship journey is unique and directed by spirit. Some come to find healing, others stay for mentorship—but only those who meet the spiritual criteria remain. I am a healer before I am a mentor.

I AM HERE TO SERVE

I work strictly by appointment to ensure that each person receives undivided attention and enough time for deep, meaningful guidance.

I am not here to lead—I am here to walk beside you, sometimes behind you, but never in front of you.

I am a healer because I was wounded first. I continue to heal the wounds of yesterday daily—through serving you.
